Kia Ora, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate it. I'm so glad to hear you enjoyed our communal areas and of course, the fantastic views. We offer the dish towels for environmental reasons, and they are changed twice a day. It's possible that you encountered the wet towels just before they were changed. A tip in case you come back is that there are always fresh ones in the cupboard in the kitchen :) Sorry to hear the WIFI was an issue. Did you notify a staff member? I always offer to help and if it continues to be unsuccessful then I will switch the guest to our staff wifi. This does not happen often, but there is always someone here to help you.
