I had an incredible experience at this resort everyone was so awesome! Boris, Mitchel, Edgar, Carolina, Valeri were amazing they always made sure we had something to do on the resort if it was volleyball, Olympic, bingo, trivia, and so much more! The bartender were so attentive and so much fun Wilbert, Jorge, Marco, Gerardo always made it so much fun and always knew what you wanted. The front desk people were also so awesome Tania was so helpful when booking restaurants and helping us with anything we needed When arriving victor greeted us with two mimosas and helped us to our room with our bags. At night we got to witness a mariachi band flamethrowers, karaoke, and a beach party. The food was good they have a snack bar, buffet and couple restaurants on the resort I love them all! I always felt safe and being here you are also super close to fifth avenue with so many fun shops and cool restaurants as well! Everything was very clean! This was my first time in Mexico and it definitely won’t be my last! If you are looking for a place to relax or have fun they do it all!

Beautiful location, staff is friendly but hotel needs more amenities mattress are too firm not comfortable at all. My back is hurting from hard mattress. Not many options for food, food isn’t tasty at all. No room service available .

It was like a boutique resort, small, cosy and easy to walk around. We were upgraded to a suite which overlooked the pool and ocean, on the 3rd floor. Fabulous room, but the drain in the shower was so slow. We were there for just 2 nights and ate at the Italian restaurant the first night and paid extra for the Japanese. Both were very good. The buffet food looked average and our drinks we ordered at the buffet bar, instead of the swim up bar. Way better drinks! We had a much needed break and would go there again for just a few days.
