I arrived late in the evening and was greeted by happy, helpful staff who promptly checked me in, gave me information about my room and stay, and recommended nearby places for late night dining. The room was small but cozy. Very clean. There are notes in the room informing you of the many accommodations they have to make your stay comfortable. Reasonably priced in a great location, i would definitely stay again.

Amazing Hotel Experience
Everything was perfect. Amazing location at Union Square - could not be better. The room was spacious, super clean and had everything I needed. Private Bathroom also fantastic with full size bath and great toiletries. The complimentary coffee, cookies, water and fruit in the lobby were just fantastic to have every day. When I'm back in the beautiful city of San Francisco I will be staying here again for sure.

Great stay!
We stayed here one night before departing on a cruise. We loved all the lights and fans in the room. Bathroom was small but very adequate for our needs. Bathroom was bright, water was hot, and there were plenty of plugs in room and bathroom. Closet was spacious and we appreciated having access to two luggage racks for our suitcases. Would definitely stay here again!
