Bed & Breakfast Accommodation. We have 2 warm and comfortable bedrooms available. Rooms come in a combination of twin/queen or king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. We have a spacious comfortable guest lounge with Sky TV, Wireless Broadband Access, Email/internet access and refreshments available 24 hours a day. Our sun room is an excellent place to sit and read a book or while away part of the day listening to the birds in the trees outside. Continental breakfast is available each morning and is included in all tariffs advertised. All rooms sleep a maximum of two people. There is plenty of safe off street parking at the rear of the property for guest vehicles and a bus stop just outside the front of the property. We are only five minutes from the centre of the city and a ten minute walk to our Museum & Art Gallery and Queens Park gardens and golf course. There are a number of excellent restaurants nearby some of which offer guest pick up and drop off.

Invercargill has great shopping and some fine restaurants. The city centre is only five minutes drive from the Lodge or there is a bus stop directly out the front. The Museum and Art Gallery, Queens Park Gardens and Golf Course are all only a ten minute walk or three minute drive. There are a number of other golf courses worth visiting also if that is your passion. The Richardson Truck Museum is well worth a visit. Further afield visits to Bluff and Riverton to sample the local fare and crafts are also worthwhile. There are a number of farmers and/or craft markets on in the South at the weekends and your hosts would be happy to advise you further. If sport is your thing, then the Cycling Velodrome and our Splash Palace swimming complex are both excellent facilities.
