Excellent quality of hotel. Courteous staff. High standard, comfortable rooms. Pillow menu. Fabulous service
Professional, organised, accommodating and helpful
Location very good. No airconditioning so room got hot in day with sun but cooled down with window open at night
Great position, convenient, spacious and well appointed room, comfortable and peaceful nights sleep would stay there again.
The apartment was perfect. Well designed and comfortable. Will stay again.
Proximity to the airport and quiet was great, room nice. I should have asked for milk to go with the coffee.
Off the main drag. Close to shopping mall and supermarket. Close to wineries. In unit facilities great. Booking and paying extra for a car park, a bit annoying.
Amora Hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the centre of the CBD. The rooms are large, extremely comfortable bed, good shower and a kitchenette with all facilities. Lovely little table & chairs for dining, very helpful, friendly staff who also serve in the beautifully presented bar and dining room. ...
Very nice cafe and restaurant area. I felt the self check in machines were less than ideal because it was the only way to check out and even then it didn’t work and I had to go to the main desk who then told me I hadn’t paid. Quite frustrating.
What i liked about the hotel was the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were very nice and it was very convenient to eat in house after a long day if travelling.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the small balcony which opened from the Provence Room, it was a pleasant place to sit and drink a cup of tea. It was well situated and quiet, and I got a parking space both nights I stayed. ...
This apartment was exceptional. On waterfront in centre of Auckland. Close to ferry and metro and bus interchange. Free parking. Large modern apartment with internal laundry.
Great location bathroom door all swollen at base due to water damage, chipped bath otherwise good.
Great location, friendly staff and still reasonable value for money. Not the flashiest swanky hotel - but comfortable, clean and right in the city. Far cheaper too.
Bed was great, shower pressure was amazing. Room had very little sound proofing so could hear noise outside and in corridor.
Lovely hotel in a great location - great views and great staff - really awesome overall experience - Manageress Roberta was outstanding.
Location was excellent - easy walk to Te Papa & restaurants. Great view, too.
The view from our room was amazing, our hosts were terrific. It was our first b and b experience and we won't hesitate to do it again. Thank you again for making us feel so welcome. :)
Was extremely happy with the service. My friend and I couldn’t find the parking space but a girl called wei wei (I think) went out of her way to help us. She was so lovely
Situation and affordability. Friendly staff and good standard of cleanliness.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Allowed us to leave our car in their car park while we went up the cable car even though we had checked out
Good location half way between airport and city, pleasant room and comfortable bed.
Great location, front desk staff were great, 11am checkout also appreciated.
Fantastic communication, especially for late check-in. Room was clean as were amenities. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Nice old house, located within 10 minutes walk of the city center, and bus stops nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast offerings.
Would be great if they had parking but in saying that we found $4 overnite parking at wilsons up the road 10m walk
Nothing not to like. 15 minutes by Shuttle from airport. Very close to the centre of Christchurch(Cathedral Square). All you need within the Hotel. But there is also a good variety of shops/restaurants nearby, in fact, it's right opposite New Regent Street which is full of unique restaurants. I am ...
115 is unique in the charming lounge areas here and there on various levels. In these areas you can help yourself to complimentary tea or coffee and perhaps read one of the many magazines supplied, or choose/swap a book for your travels. I found the staff to be warm and welcoming.
Compact and functional although we did have to ask for the milk as none in the room . Overall a great place to stay would certainly recommend to friends and family
Reception staff excellent, check in/out easy. Restraunt/ staff nothing short of dismal. Waited for a menu for 20 minutes, 5 staff laughing and carrying on around cash register totally ignoring everyone. Had to ask for menu. Bar girl had no idea how to make basic liquour coffees. Hot breakfast options ...
Great location and very friendly and efficient staff. Lack of secure parking meant we had to park in one of the two disability parks. Just as well they were not needed for the night.
Property was in a great location and had fantastic views. The room was run down and scruffy considering the price that we paid.
The view and location for the price. 2 big beds. Nothing not to like.
Great room, a little noisy at night, heater, fridge etc.
This is a lovely period building & I love the building & the decor. I found a long black hair on the pillow, I didn't love that.
Superb view n quiet surroundings. Room is comfortable except for the bed mattresses which is too soft n cause some discomfort n backache to couple of my guests.
Excellent location. The spa bath was a bit dated, I would have liked just a walk in shower.
Good hotel to stay in, close to city centre but still pretty quiet. Parking is a bit tight. Room was lovely, clean, secure. Spa bath was a bonus.
Great hotel for family. Great thermal pool. Guest laundry. Stayed in family unit towards front. Was a little noisy from all the tour buses. Fabulous Japanese tapas bar. Very reasonable prices.
Totally loved it from location to cost to amazing staff. Room was spacious and beds were really comfy. Immaculate inside and out. Highly recommend to all.
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Lack of a lift to 2nd floor a bit difficult with heavy bag. No Sky TV!
We stayed at Arista for 4 nights and really enjoyed the accommodation, has all things you need from high speed internet to spa and of course very friendly and helpful receptionist. Ideal for families with kids visiting Rotorua.
Room was as expected. Nothing amazing. We requested a porta cot which was broken but the staff were prompt in replacing it and didn't charge for it.
Friendly staff who did their best to accommodate. Bit dissatisfied with some facilities. Three of us staying and only one fork proved a challenge at dinner time ;) not vacuumed. But a friendly place to stay and we enjoyed ourselves.
Great location and facilities! Could do with some upgrading of bathroom/shower (which is already underway I believe so that will make it even better)
Upon arriving, was greeted very warmly by the couple at the reception. Was given my room key and then showed where it was. room was very spacious. The bathroom was a tight squeeze to get into ( I am a big guy ). Free noodles ( complimentary ) was a great addition to the room. unfortunately, the dining ...
