14 unit motel located 4km north of the Huntly town centre on the banks of the Waikato River. Units include studios, one bedroom plus lounge and two bedroom plus lounge units. Two bedroom units have a shower over bath, one unit has access facilities (sleeps up to 2), Two units are upstairs. All units are self contained with ensuite and kitchen facilities, 32-42" flatscreen tv's, DVD players (selection of free DVD's available at office), wifi access. Charge back facilities for breakfast, lunch and dinner are available from participating restaurants. We also provide continental breakfasts delivered room service the evening before, large outdoor swimming pool, BBQ, games room which can double as small meeting room, with pool table, fridge and TV, childrens playground, laundry facilities and ample truck and off street parking. We are located 5 minutes to Huntly Speedway, 10-15 minutes to Hampton Downs Motorsport Park and Meremere Drag Strip, 30 minutes to Hamilton, 1 hour to Auckland city, Auckland airport and beaches including Raglan and Waihi.

Huntly has many lakes and walkways to explore.
Lake Hakanoa has a lakeside walk including viewing platforms and information panels on local wildlife.
Weavers Lake is a deep water sport and recreation reserve.
Hakarimata Walk is a 20-30 minute walk to an impressive kauri stand in native bush and views over the Waikato basin.
Huntly Domain has recreational facilities available including bowling, soccer, fishing, sailing and heated swimming pools.
The Bush Tramway Club is located at Pukemiro Junction. Rides are available on the steam train once a month.
Huntly has its own Waikato Coalfields Museum set in an historic homestead within a scenic reserve close to Lake Hakanoa. The museum building dates from 1890 and was originally the local mine manager's house. Since 1980, the building has housed the District's coal mining collection.
