This luxury villa is situated on the exclusive golf course, Golf Club Las Salinas de Antigua.
The property has 3 bedrooms (1 en suite master double and 2 twin rooms), 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6. The villa has a large private heated swimming pool, 2 large roof terraces, free wifi access, satellite TV (English Channels only), DVD player, stereo system, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
As there are no stairs the villa is suitable for eldery and disabled access and due to its quiet location, ideal for golfers and families alike.
There are two sets of patio doors from the villa, one leading directly out onto pool terrace and the other leading to a pergola covered patio area.
The 10m x 4m heated pool has a warm water solar-heated shower located alongside. There is ample terracing area around the pool with a number of quality sunbeds and an attractive patio table and chairs. There are stairs on the side of the villa which lead up to two totally private and secluded sun-terraces overlooking the golf course and the other with sea views. The garden area is fully landscaped with a great range of shrubs, tropical plants and earthenware pots.

The golf villas accommodation comprises of 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with bedside cabinets, dressing table and double fitted wardrobe, ensuite with toilet, bath with glass screen and shower, hand basin set in marble top.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds and bedside cabinets with double fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and bedside cabinets and double fitted wardrobe.

The villa has a further bathroom which is made up of a toilet, walk in shower, hand basin set in marble top.

The villa also contains a fully equipped kitchen with a range of floor and wall cupboards, granite worktops, sink with drainer and breakfast bar.
Tall fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave oven and dishwasher.
Full range of cooking equipment including kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, pots pans, cutlery, plates etc.
The immaculate lounge/diner has three settee's and a coffee table, TV with full satellite TV, DVD player and a Wifi speaker to phone. The sideboard contains a full range of drinking glasses and ample storage, to compliment this area there is also a large dining table for 6 persons.

La Salinas is 10 miles from the nearest airport (Fuerteventura) and we would recommend a hire care, available at the airport.

Electric scooters can be hired at the end of the road.

Great Villa

The property is great!!! Eell equipped, clean and a nice location. We had a car and thr shops etc are less than a 10minute drive. We did walk once which took about 40 minutes to get to the bars and shops but we walked along the coast which added a few more.miniytes.

Great villa for the family

The villa was fully equipped for a family of four. The beds were comfy, in the listing it says double bed for the main bedroom but it was more like a king size. Villa is in close location to shops and amenities.The family loved the roof top terrace and the kids loved the pool it is a great size. We would definitely recommend staying at the villa. Thank you for letting us stay!

Fantastic Villa

The photos don't do the villa justice. It is way better in real life. They thought of everything. The furniture was well placed and comfortable. The roof deck was luxurious. The pool was clean and larger than we thought.

Lovely week

We had a lovely quiet week in villa. The pictures don’t do the villa justice, it’s more spacious. The villa was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool was fantastic. There was no noise from neighbours. It was exactly what we needed. I did contact the owner during our stay for a taxi number and was responded to very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous villa

The photos do not do this villa justice! It is a beautiful spacious villa ! We all loved everything about it. We have stayed in Caleta De Fuste several times and have always stayed in villas. The location of this one was further out than we used to stay but the walk along the beachfront is beautiful to get to the main restaurant etc although there are shops and restaurants a 15 minute walk away and taxis are only a few euros. Our only complaint if we had one was the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned out prior to our stay and the pool lady turned up on our last full day, put some tablets in the skimmer pot but didn’t clean anything from the bottom of the pool. Having said this the pool wasn’t disgusting by any means but having stayed in villas before the pool cleaner normally ‘hoovers’ out and bits from the bottom of the pool. Overall we definitely would recommend this villa and would definitely stay again

Lovely Villa

We had a great holiday. The facilities are excellent and a real home from home. Great views of the sea from the roof terrace. Pool area very comfortable with plenty of sun beds and outdoor seating. Very quite neighbourhood. A short 15-20 minute walk to the supermarket and a taxi to the town centre was 4.5 Euros. We would recommend and are certainly considering returning to this villa.

Lovely property

I stayed here with my daughter and her three children ages 14, 7 and new born. The property was spacious and very well equipped. It was a bit further from Atlantico than we usually like but the pool made up for this. This was very well used. I would definitely return here.

Really Nice Villa But Not The Location

The villa is extremely spacious both inside and out with a great roof terrace with panoramic views, we had an issue with the fridge part of the fridge freezer which was almost as cold as the freezer itself, Our main issue was the location of the villa, very long walk into the main town of Caleta Fuste and villa is on the flight path which we found a bit annoying. Overall still enjoyed our stay there.

We Arrived late having been delayed in the UK, but the directions given were perfect and very straight forward with landmarks to look out for. When we got into the villa it was a definite wow, the property is spacious and very well equipped, there was plenty of space both inside and out for all the party, the roof terrace and the heated pool are definite selling point to the villa. The property is a 10 to 15 minute walk from the beach and local bars, I would say a car whilst not essential is desirable, especially if you have shopping. The complex seemed a mixture of residential and holiday homes, and felt very safe and secure. The only downside, and it is very minor is that the villa is right under the flight path to the airport and whilst this didn't bother us, it could be a slight annoyance in high season. On saying all that I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend the villa to others.

Lovely Spacious Villa with great pool

A great time at this smart and spacious villa. Located in a quiet area adjacent to the golf course. Has all the mod-cons and facilities you need for a very comfortable stay. Easy to find and within walking distance of Caleta Atlantico Shopping Center (I would recommend hiring a car though). Lots of outside space and very nice pool (big enough for several large inflatables!!). Nice breeze during our time there which helped keep the villa cool in the evenings. This was a last minute choice as Covid 19 had disrupted our original plans but we were not disappointed and would happily come back for another visit. The Rees Family.

Location is really good, a perfect villa on the middle of campus golf. We had all we needed to have the perfect holidays. Clean pool, bbq, amazing sunsets. The owner answered really fast when we needed something. We’ll come back for sure!!!

Absolutely perfect villa!

Booking and communication was easy and friendly. Accessing the keys was straight forward. The photos don't do this place justice, it is absolutely beautiful. It has everything you could possibly need in terms of the kitchen and facilities etc. The furniture is good quality and the decor is well thought out and lovely. The location was great, walking distance/taxi to amenities if you don't hire a car, we didn't but there was only 2 of us, it would be better to have a car if there are more people in terms of getting around and shopping etc. The pool area was fantastic, the pool was lovely and warm every day, someone came to tend to the pool midweek and my husband very much enjoyed the box of kids pool toys! We had a slight issue with an unpleasant neighbour but hopefully they were also visiting and not permanent residents. We could not fault the villa, it was perfect and we would definately recommend it to family and friends :-)

Our lovely winter break

Villa spotless with tasteful fittings and very comfortable. Quality kitchen equipment . The pool was at a warm temperature and constantly maintained. We were on foot and local buses to get about, took us about 20mins walk to Atlantico Centre with a nice promenade. Managers Dwayne, Ann-Marie and pool lady Donna were all most helpful. A very enjoyable 3 weeks. We will return.

Quality property

The villa was as described . The photo’s do not do it justice. Very spacious and a sense of real quality with all of the fixtures and fittings both inside and out. The Shops , bars and restaurants of Caleta are a 15 minute stroll or a 5 min drive. Large supermarket a 3 min drive away. Heated pool was fantastic as we were able to use it during our December stay. Would happily recommend this villa to families looking for a n extra special stay in Fuerteventura.
