Thank you for a great review L&L. You are correct, it is the location and the peacefulness (even when fully occupied) that people love about Cocos. We have checked the water pressure and discovered that when the reticulation cuts in (on even days) the water pressure does drop. We are adjusting the watering times so that any drop in pressure will occur late at night. Thanks also for the Nespresso suggestion, we are considering putting them in all of the bungalows. We look forward to seeing you both again when you return to Broome.

We can see from your low scores that you are upset at the mix up about the camel ride that was written on your booking confirmation. This was a special offer from last year and was not shown anywhere when you were making your booking only by accident on your confirmation. This years special which you did received was a discount of more than 50% off our rack rate. We are very sorry for this happening and apologise sincerely
