Casa Sandra è un meraviglioso appartamento con soppalco con travi in legno a vista. Al pian terreno è presente una zona living con cucina completa e ampio bagno con doccia mentre sul piano soppalcato è presente una camera da letto con letto king size e divano letto.
All'ingresso di Casa Milva, un meraviglioso ulivo ed un pozzo antico contribuiscono a creare una zona accogliente e dedicata.
