Overall the layout of the villa was good and we were excited to get to see our son after he returned from a deployment and have him stay with us while we were here. However, there was hair in the bed linens that was not ours and of course like most people who go on vacation we didn't uncover the bed until around 10pm. No one lives local (1 hour away) so we would have had to wait for new linens. The "extra" linens that would have been needed for the sleeper sofa had to be used on the 1 queen bed and our son thankfully had his own blanket he was able to use on the couch. As this is listed as sleeps 4, there should have been pillows and pillow cases for the sleeper but there wasn't. There also was only towels for 2 people. A call to management revealed the distance but she seemed apologetic and her manager was supposed to call the next day and maybe bring linens. However, no one has called and we would NOT recommend staying here if you dont' want to sleep on other peoples hair or actual bed linens. Maybe bring your own linens and pillows and towels for the shower.
