IMPORTANT- Lake Arrowhead is a Private Lake. Only homeowners with property in certain areas are allowed to use the lake and its amenities. We pay annual dues for its maintenance. This property has FULL LAKE RIGHTS and also comes with Memberships to all Three PRIVATE Beach Clubs. You use my Membership Cards to purchase a day pass for $10, so you can fish, swim, hike, use the bike trails, beaches, and, of course, enjoy the beautiful private beach clubs. This year, Summer Monthly Rentals of six weeks or more might be able to add my ski boat to the rental.
