Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Les Bossons" 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, tennis 5.2 km, sports centre 5.1 km, skisport facilities 5 km, ski bus stop 400 m, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 5 km. Nearby attractions: Téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi 4 km, Train du Montenvers 5 km. There is a fast road 150 m up from the property, which is separated by a natural noise-reducing wall.

1-room terraced house 25 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room. Exit to the balcony. Kitchenette (mini-oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) gallery, ceiling height 150 - 215 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 190 cm), TV. Electric heating. Small balcony, south facing position and south-west facing position. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n P (roofed). Please note: parking space for small car only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).
