Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located Buckeye inspired modern Townhome with a loft. This unit is in the heart of Columbus and provides a great location for visiting the exciting things the city has to offer. You will be centrally located near High Street (famous for food and activities), Short North Arts District, Ohio State Campus and The Shoe, and Grandview District. Also a few miles from downtown where you will have many options to stay entertained.

The Space:
This 6 bed, 3.5 bath unit was recently renovated and provides a luxury feel throughout the unit. A full service property that is great for entertaining and will allow you to sleep comfortably at night with our 3 queen beds.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox on the patio to easily access the unit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as all of Columbus' hot spots such as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (1.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (2.1 miles) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking, and most venues will have their own parking.

Overall would rate as a 2 star hotel, better for a frat party than adults attending a wedding. The multiple bedrooms was good for several couples and location was good. The rest of the experience pretty disappointing. To start front door knob had fallen off and the fire alarm battery in the basement was chirping incessantly till we disconnected, bathrooms weren’t clean with remains of shaving and hair in sinks called on grit in downstairs shower and each of 6 bedrooms needed bedspreads washed all had animal hairs. Only one towel per bedroom so couples had to share one towel and Only one key allowed so had to rely on keeping that in lockbox, ridiculous for a place that sleeps 12 as was the single cup keurig for coffee to accommodate a 6bedroom house. We bought a coffee maker. Garbage on the porch had been there awhile and no furniture on porch to enjoy the spring. Property manager’s fixed the door knob but no other efforts to address feedback. House needs a paint job with several walls clearly patched. Also only 4 plates for a 6 bedroom house.,,poor amenities. Though there were ceiling fans throughout most did not work due to controls either broken or dead battery. Do not recommend if you’re used to basic amenities and clean house.Would not return

We had a great time! Plenty of beds and bedrooms with plenty of space for 7 guys and a dog, would recommend to anyone who wants to check out the city and university.

Great place to stay for multiple families!

Great place with tons of room! 3 floors with a full bathroom on each floor. Decorated all in Buckeye/OSU and was just overall a great experience! If I had to be overly picky, if you have more than two cars, you’ll need to pay for parking for the extra vehicles. It’s typically free from 10pm-6am and on Sundays. We had an extra vehicle and only paid abou 10 extra so no big deal. Already booked for a couple of more stays!

VRBO is awful at this. This is the second place I have rented in a row with VRBO that was no longer available, but VRBO never notified me. They are not even helpful in finding new places. I now always communicate with the owner right after booking to make sure it exists. VRBO seems to just keep listing on the market even when they don't exist anymore. I suggest all renters make sure they actually are getting a place they can use and not just a place that once was a rental possibility!

Modern condo near the shoe

Upscale modern two floor condo very close to the stadium. Had to change dates and was easily accomodated. Great communication with the owner as well. You can't beat this location for a football weekend.
