Atypical cottage located in an old house in the village of Courtesoult-et-Gatey.
Shops and a castle are located in Champlitte (13 km), along with the Château de Fontaine-Française (26 km), and near Ray-sur-Saône (20 km), a small, characterful Franche-Comté town with a church, chapel, calvaries, wash houses, and more. Beautiful views and walks are available.
The cottage adjoins the owner's second home, with which you'll share a piece of garden in addition to the cottage's private terrace. This accommodation is therefore suitable for those who would enjoy this coexistence. Cars are parked on the communal road alongside the cottage. The living room is accessed through an old garage door. Carole's cozy interior design creates a warm, inviting space with tasteful decor. The pellet stove (first two bags provided) will keep you warm during the off-season. A small kitchen provides access to the toilet and the hallway leading to two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed (140x190) with a shower stall and sink that open directly into the bedroom. The second, smaller bedroom also includes two 90x190 beds that can be combined into a double bed and a sink. There is no private bathroom.
For your comfort, beds will be made upon arrival, and towels and household linens are provided free of charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price.
The cottage does not have an upper floor, but a few steps separate some rooms.
