Snuggle on the couch in front of the HD TV or indulge in a banquet at an impressive eight-seater timber table, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts a butler's pantry and a large servery opening to the patio and pool area, making al fresco dining a breeze. Sip cocktails on sun loungers or enjoy a BBQ poolside with table seating for ten. Float in the pool or rest in the pool house thoughtfully furnished for couples, featuring a queen-sized bed, lounge with a TV, bathroom and a kitchen.

In the main house, you’ll find unparalleled comfort in three beautifully appointed bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. Each ensuite has walk-in showers, ideal for freshening up post-swim. The ocean-inspired primary and green-hued second bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds whereas the third bedroom has split king singles, which can be combined into a king bed upon request. The primary bedroom comes with a walk-in wardrobe, while the two other rooms offer a dedicated workspace for some remote work or study. Relax in the TV room fitted with a double sofa bed ensuring everyone has a cosy place to sleep.

This villa is complete with two separate restrooms—a powder room in the main house and a toilet serving the poolside area, a large laundry room, and secure parking for two vehicles in the carport.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Security cameras are installed on the front door, driveway and side entry gates.

For stays over 14 nights, please note the additional mandatory fees:
- Cleaning Bond: $600 to cover deep cleaning after your stay.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning: Provided every 2 weeks at $475 per cleaning.
Both fees must be paid in advance at least 14 days before check-in to avoid booking cancellation. Thank you.
