Mill Cottage is owned by a local Arboriculturist (and author) who is about to embark on wherever his camper van takes him and his dog.

As a favor to him and to help fund his travels Eastbourne Holiday Rentals are looking after his cottage whilst he is away.

The cottage is cozy, and certainly quirky like the TV being located in the kitchen (owner preferred to sit and watch the log burner) but it will provide anyone staying an escape from modern day life. (cottage does have WIFI and all kitchen essentials a self catering break) price reflects the cosy but basic cottage

Enjoy all year round Christmas at Mill Cottage with the Christmas tree and wood burner being the main focal point of the cottage.

Located in Old Town which is steeped in history, the cottage is a short walk to Motcombe village with its local pubs and church. Only a short stroll into Eastbourne town center.

A historical cottage located in Old Town, believed to be over 200 years old, having been originally built for Mill Workers, the property offers a cozy living room with wood burner, kitchen with direct access to the seclude courtyard garden, one double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with shower over bath

Fine for one night. Quite outdated. Could do with a deep clean and redecorating. In order to turn on the lights on the Christmas tree, you need to stand on one leg and stretch over trying not to knock over the said tree. The hot tap in the bathroom is very loud when you turn it on. Could not park near the property as there was no spaces. Did sleep well, the bed was comfortable.
