Townhouse Alkabir.

I booked this property because of the location being close to a friend having an apartment nearby. The property itself was ideal with bathrooms on 2 floors including a bath which i made use of and hot water readily available. Kitchen and use of microwave along with kettle for tea or coffee worked out fine. The local bar did an excellent English breakfast and the Spanish couple operating the bar were quite helpful. If the weather was kinder there was an excellent rooftop terrace on hand for some sunbathing with outdoor chairs and sunbeds supplied and a barby downstairs also. Gary and the housekeeper Kathryn were a phone call away for any information needed, All in all a very enjoyable stay and yes i would book this accommodation again if returning to the El Campello area.

Excellent holiday

Gary was excellent to communicate with and answered all my queries quickly. The house was perfect, plenty of space and the outside space offered shade on the ground level and full sun opportunity on the roof terrace. Excellent gas BBQ and well equipped property, one or two items we required were delivered quickly by the property manager. The house is a couple Of minutes walk from the superb local tram service but you can walk into El Campello within 30 minutes. Would recommend although there are a lot of steps in the property so probably not suitable for toddlers or elderly. We had an amazing holiday and this house was everything it was advertised to be and some!

Beautiful property in a quiet area but with easy access to large towns

It is a lovely house set in beautiful grounds. The urbanisation is well maintained with a couple of lovely bars and restaurants. The only thing missing is a shop. But there is a great tram service which quickly and cheaply gets you to anywhere you need to go. We had an amazing holiday. Any problems and the housekeeper lives local so is on hand to help. However we never had any problems. There is a lovely small beach which is quite rocky. But 10 mins on the tram to beautiful sandy beaches. There was 6 of us and the house was easily big enough. A brilliant bonus was a washing machine so we haven't come home to loads of laundry. There is a beautiful large pool area, with onsite bar and snack bar. And its never very busy, great for nice relaxing days. My only advice is take euros. I made the mistake of having all my money on a travel card. Not many places take cards on site and there is no cash machine. As a family who usually goes all inclusive I can honestly say we wouldn't again. This has been a fantastic holiday and will most definitely be returning.

maison très agréable

maison agréable, sur 3 niveaux, située le long d'un sentier, à 20 m du parking, donc aucun bruit de voiture. Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme. Pas besoin de s'occuper du linger de maison, tout est fourni. Des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres permettent de dormir fenêtres ouvertes. les moins : un lit principal qui creuse et emmène les 2 dormeurs au milieu à cause d'un sommier métal. Un débit wifi très faible (5MB) qui rend difficile de regarder sa tv nationale en chromecast. Un escalier très raide et en colimaçon qui nécessite une grande vigilance. Mais une chose est sûre ... nous reviendrons pour le calme et l'agrément de cette maison. PS : nous avons rencontré un problème de clé, mais je crois que ce problème a été corrigé par une boite à clé de secours dans le jardin.

El alojamiento está muy bien una zona tranquila y cerca de la playa Aún que esta retirado pero lo bueno es que pasa el tranvía y te lleva asta alicante . Lo q no me gustó es q no avisen de que hay q pagar 100€ de la limpieza y q te venga parte del anuncio y sobre todo lo del dinero en Inglés. Pero bueno la verdad q el apartamento merece la pena para perderse una semanita y disfrutar.

Ne pas rater !

Excellent emplacement. Résidence à proximité du centre ville 3mn d'El Campello. 8mn d'Alicante et 2h du centre de Valencia. El Campello est très animé malgré le covid. Magasins, restaurants et fête foraine. Piscine propre et sécurisée. Accès à la plage en 1mn. Prévoir des chaussures pour aller dans la mer. Les pierres peuvent couper. La maison est placée devant le parc des enfants. Et très proche de la piscine. Mes enfants se promenaient en toute autonomie. La cuisine a l'essentiel des ustensiles indispensables. Il y a des draps de rechange et des serviettes pour l'hygiène. La machine à laver est un grand plus ! La maison est sur 4 niveaux. Il ne faut pas détester les escaliers. La chaudière n'était pas reliée à la bouteille de gaz. Mon mari a géré. Malheureusement je confirme que le lit des parents est à changer. Des vacances au top lorsqu'on est véhiculé. Nous étions 5 et à aucun moment nous nous sommes sentis à l'étroit. Gary répond toujours. Ne pas s'inquiéter du délai. A refaire. Je recommande. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Nicht ganz so wie beschrieben

Insgesamt nicht ganz wie laut Anzeige beschrieben. Der Pool war schon im Oktober geschlossen. Wir haben das im Vorfeld nirgends gelesen. Dementsprechend auch kein Whirlpool. Internet wäre nach 5 Tagen gegangen. Laut Vermieter hat die Internetfirma vorher keine Handwerker schicken können. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem. Schön war die schöne Terrasse und die Dachterrasse. Die Küche war., außer sehr weniger Gläser gut ausgestattet. Auch war das Haus sehr sauber.
