Sit back and relax in this calm, homely, recently renovated space featuring 3 bedrooms and covered outdoor with a barbecue. The house is located at the start of Geelong making it quite and peaceful, and provides easy access from M1 freeway from Melbourne and to Great Ocean road (<1 off the freeway). Short 10minute drive to the Spirit of Tasmania or to the quiet North Shore beach. The property has secure, off street parking that fits a car attached to a medium sized caravan or 2-4 cars. There is also additional spacious on street (but off road) parking for larger caravans or trucks.
