This detached holiday home is found in the wooded holiday park Landgoed Het Grote Zand, 1.5 km from the little village centre of Hooghalen. The lively provincial capital, Assen, is 11 km away. The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with TV and an open plan kitchen including a combination microwave and dishwasher. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. The first floor has four double bedrooms and a second bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. There's a separate toilet on the landing. All the beds are single box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed or used separately in a twin-room setup. Outside you'll enjoy a garden with terrace and garden furniture. The holiday home has standard parking for three cars. Various holiday homes for four to twelve people are available for rent at the Landgoed Het Grote Zand holiday park.
