TWO OCEAN REACH IS A BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED, LUXURY THREE-BEDROOM HOUSE, WITH INCREDIBLE SEA VIEWS FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE PROPERTY.
To make the most of the stunning sea views , the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor and the dining area and open-plan lounge are on the first floor.
Opening out from the lounge is a large roof terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs for eight to ten people. There is also a smaller balcony overlooking Burgh Island. A separate large patio area offers dining as the sun sets over the sea, with seating for eight to ten people.
Throughout, the property has been tastefully furnished with quality furniture and fittings. The property can sleep six people comfortably.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and heated towel rail. There are sea views from the bedroom and doors out to the ground-floor paved patio and lawn.

August stay in Ocean Reach
The property is superb, in a great location, close to the south west coast path, with walks with excellent views. The house was clean and well equipped. The views across the coast are something special.
Communications with the owner were very good with speedy responses.
We had a very enjoyable two week stay

Spent three nights in this beautiful property . Lovely decor and attention to detail Beds are nice and comfy and views from the property are stunning . Great area for walking and you dont have to venture out of the area so park the car and enjoy . Thoroughly enjoyed by all .

Loved our stay the property was perfect for what we wanted, well appointed and tastefully decorated. The views (apart from the day we arrived in fog and rain!) were stunning and some of us enjoyed the great walks nearby. Would happily return and definitely recommend to friends.

Wow, what a find! Stunning property to match the stunning views!
The property was beautifully decorated, to the tiniest detail. The views from the balconies and terraces were breathtaking .... all stunning, inside and out. Furthermore, the owner Paul was extremely helpful. We also ate at the restaurant where the staff were very friendly and the food delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a more idyllic and peaceful few days, thank you.

The Peace and Beauty of Our Dreams!
My husband, 6 year old son and I absolutely loved our stay at Ocean's Reach. It is beyond beautiful and Paul has equipped this home with every comfort we needed for an easy stay. The natural beauty outside is perfection. Having an excellent restaurant steps away was a wonderful enhancement to the property for times when we felt like having a social drink or didn't feel like going far for dinner or cooking. The laundry room was extremely helpful and well stocked. I'm probably forgetting to say a lot but I'm simply remembering that 2 Ocean's Reach is a place we loved and hope to return to as soon as possible. My only regret? It's sooo far from our home in New York City! Or is that actually a great thing? :)

Lovely home with fantastic views!
Beautiful, very well equipped property, with amazing views. New construction, nicely decorated and very clean. Great coastal hikes from your doorstep to coves & beaches. Peaceful and serene home in the countryside, 15 minute drive to lovely village of Salcombe, 30 min drive to Bigbury on Sea/Burgh island where you can rent kayaks & paddleboards and explore coves & torquoise waters. Paul was a pleasure to rent from. We had amazing weather everyday while we were there. We would certainly return in the future!

An absolute gem of a property in the most perfect location
Number Two Oceans Reach is simply stunning. The views of the sea and coast from Soar, all the way across to Hope Cove and beyond to Burgh Island and on a clear day, all the way down to Cornwall are breathtaking. The property itself is spacious and luxurious. No expense spared on fabrics, linens and furniture. Yet the style is cool, calm and relaxing. The outside sun deck overlooking Soar to one side is fantastic for sunny morning breakfasts whilst on the other side, the balcony offers a beautiful uninterrupted view across to Burgh Island and beyond, perfect for those incredible sunsets.
This place is so good, my wife wanted me to keep it secret so we could keep it to ourselves! In a nutshell, this place is perfect and you will not be disappointed.
