The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, this Condo/Hotel connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Starbucks in Tower 3 and Cafe in Tower 2 perfect spot for breakfast/lunch.

The Space:
Escape to your 1050 sq ft 1 BR suite and experience sweeping views of the strip from the 28th Floor balcony. A full kitchen, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. Close to strip, but nice and quiet

Can't complain, the place was nice and came as advertised. It is a little bit of a walk to get to the MGM Grand Casino/strip, but there are moving walkways and its indoors. All around, quite nice!

Room was great. Listing very accurate.

Since there is no daily housekeeping which we knew ahead of time, I had to ask for more towels and coffee. Should of had in the room to begin with 4 tiny bath towels and 2 things of coffee not enough for 4 days. And they were brought immediately when asked. Highly recommend.
