Beautiful View, Free Valet (first come, 1st serve) We are excited to offer our guests the Signature MGM condo-hotel! Access to all amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool, Wet Republic Etc. The Signature by MGM is a block from the Strip, offers huge rooms at great prices! The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite and experience sweeping views of the strip, kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, dishwasher, entertainment center including a flat screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

The day of my travel - I was informed by the property management group that the property was no longer available. I was left scrambling without VRBO's help to find a suitable location. Very, very disappointed.

Dirty carpet. Couch pullout only had one sheet and a pillow. Called 4 times over 3 days trying to get another sheet and a blanket. Never happened. No furniture on the balcony. Couch pullout mattress had blood stains.
