Ungeeignet für Familien mit langem Aufenthalt

Ich fange mal mit dem Positiven an... Das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und es war alles immer sauber und ordentlich. Es gab genug Stauraum in den Schränken. Was ich nicht gut fand: es gab keine Waschmaschine (was ich schon ziemlich unverschämt finde dann auch noch eine Familie mit Kindern für fast zwei Monate aufzunehmen), WiFi Verbindung war nicht überall im Appartement stabil, es war NUR ein Raum (also quasi Schlaf-/Wohn-/Küche), den Balkon kann man maximal als RaucherIn benutzen ansonsten nicht zu gebrauchen, da es direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen und lauten Straße liegt, die Sonne kommt auch fast nie auf den Balkon geschweige denn in die Wohnung, es war also immer sau dunkel selbst am Tag im Appartement, den Pool konnte man die ganze Zeit nicht nutzen, weil es zu kalt war - wurde nicht beheizt und lag im Innenhof. Im Winter kann man den vermutlich nie benutzen, nur im Sommer. Es gab auch keinen Backofen und nur zwei Herdplattten, Kühlschrank sehr klein und nur ein kleines Kühlfach, das leider Tiefgefrorenes nicht kalt genug hält, sodass es auftaut. Leider gab es wie schon geschrieben kein extra Schlafzimmer, weshalb mein Mann immer nachts wenn die Kinder geschlafen haben, auf der Toilette mit seinem Laptop arbeiten musste, weil es der einzige abgetrennte Raum war. So haben wir uns Work & Travel irgendwie nicht vorgestellt. Dazu kam noch, dass es meistens sehr kalt im Appartement war, obwohl es in Los Llanos ja sehr warm auch im Winter ist. Wir mussten sogar die Heizung an machen, die uns freundlicherweise hinein gestellt wurde. Naja also als Familie würde ich es wirklich nicht empfehlen, da man auch jede Party laut hört und den Straßen Lärm, da die Fenster auch noch total undicht sind. Für schwerhörige Rentner, Kurzurlauber oder jugendliche Partygäste sehr zu empfehlen.

Ground floor appartment

Clean double room with a big bathhroom, very spacious, but also kind of dark. We had the room with only a small balcony facing the road (so without the garden). Better to ask before if that one's available (we thought we got that one). We had very good weather so we were hardly in the appartment itself.
