Gite en mauvais état

Nous n'avons pas eu le gite que nous avions réservé, nous l'avons su la veille du départ. Abritel a fait une erreur, il était pris. Les proprios nous ont proposé un de leur gite, à notre arrivée, ils ne se sont pas déplacés pour nous accompagner. La propreté laissait a désirer, balai cassé à notre arrivée, le gite sentait le tabac froid ainsi que les draps que nous avons loués au proprio. Les chaises a moitié cassée, il a fallu en réparé une, balatum déchiré à plusieurs endroits, très difficile de pouvoir passer l'aspirateur, tout le balatum se soulever. Je ne le conseille à personne.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait aucune communication du propriétaire : pas de réponse au message envoyé avant l’arrivée, pas de code pour accéder au logement, pas de numéro de téléphone valide pour contacter le propriétaire. Il a fallu appeler Abritel sur place pour avoir les informations. Sinon le logement est conforme à l’annonce et répondait à mes attentes.

Sympa ce petit chalet !

Intérieur très chaleureux et cette maisonnette transformée en chalet offre de belles prestations pour le prix. Nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans un quartier très calme.
