Ideally located in a charming alleyway, this air-conditioned house offers uninterrupted views of the sea and the hillside, less than a kilometre from the beach. With a generous 120 m² spread over three levels, Sun Valley can accommodate up to 7 travelers, guaranteeing an unforgettable holiday experience.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Entrance

1st floor:
- Spacious 40 m² living room with wood-burning stove (wood not supplied) and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen: with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sea view from the living room and bedroom on the 1st floor.
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above.
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

2nd floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed
- Bedroom 3: a sofa-bed
- Office area: access to the terrace and comfortable sofa bed.

The rental includes maid service, and we provide you with 4* hotel-quality linen, including sheets, towels and tea towels. Your bed will be carefully prepared for your arrival.

Given the residential area, no parties or noise pollution will be tolerated.
We are in constant contact with our neighbours, who ensure that the area remains calm.
If we receive any complaints about noise pollution, we will be obliged to cancel your booking without refund. Thank you for your understanding.

For your added comfort, the owners have invested in equipment such as a barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside, the house is ideally located in Marseille, offering a pleasant environment with easy access to stores, boutiques, restaurants and bars. Private parking is available for your car.
