Perfect

The Pocomo house is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the waterfront views. The house nicely designed to allow for complete views of evening sunsets. There is also a seating area with tables and a bench for outdoor dining from your local seafood market. Great location and convenient to the many local restaurants and shopping on Nantucket. Look forward to coming back to this home.

The Nest is the Best!

Wonderful property in a special location. Clean and well-appointed. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful in all respects. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home and location.

Sunsets were amazing! So great to walk right down the steps to your own beach and right into the water. We enjoyed swimming at low and high tide; great for letting the kids swim freely. Great beach to walk at low tide as well. We enjoyed the deck and built in table and benches; grilled dinner each night. So quiet and peaceful! The home is small, with two bedrooms and one bath; the bathroom is only accessible through the bedrooms (in between them). The outdoor shower was great. Such a great place, we will definitely be back!

The Location Can't Be Beat!

The "Nest" is an adorable round house right on the water! The water is steps away from the house. We loved waking up and jumping in the bay before our first cup of coffee and watching the sunset every night over the water. The house is small. So, not ideal for a group bigger than 2 adults (and 2 kids). The beds were decent (the double bed in the lower bunk was the most comfortable). The kitchen is small, but decently stocked and there is laundry, which was super helpful. There is only one bathroom, but the outdoor shower was key! We all chose to shower there, freeing up the bathroom for other needs, because in truth, outdoor showers are THE BEST! It was clear that this house is just starting to rent, and as a result there were some things that needed attention. For example, no outdoor lights were working, which made it hazardous when we came home after dark. But the house manager was super quick to respond and had lights fixed and added right away! Likewise, outdoor trash was overflowing and when I let the property manager know, they dealt with it right away. We were very happy with our stay at the "Nest".
