Welcome to WhatTheView! 2 bedroom - BOTH bdrms (and living room too!) are ALL DIRECT OCEANFRONT (unique layout w/ more oceanfront than most condos) - 2 bath condo with breathtaking views. Bright beachy comfortable furniture on the large balcony. Best front row views on the beach! The large oversized balcony offers beautiful unobstructed ocean and coastal views as well as views of the Cherry Grove Pier. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with access to the ocean front balcony, tv, DVD player, and adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom includes queen size bed, tv, and also has access to the oceanfront balcony. No more fighting over the bedroom with the oceanfront balcony! There is a second bathroom located in the hallway. The kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc.. There is a washer and dryer located off the kitchen area. The living area includes new living room furniture (Oct. 2024) 55 inch 4K HD smart tv, blu ray player and access to the ocean front balcony. Dining table can seat up to 4 and additional seating at the bar area. All 3 sets of sliding glass doors have screens on them so you can enjoy listening to the ocean when you are not on the beach! The condo comes furnished with towels and bed linens so that you do not have to worry with packing those things. Inside our Beach Bum closet you will find chairs, a beach wagon, coolers, umbrella, towels and other beach items to enjoy a day on the beach. We have another closet that offers books, DVDs, puzzles and board games. The large balcony includes 2 gliders and a table with 4 chairs. We are happy to accept well behaved dogs 50 pounds or less with an additional fee. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Cherry Grove Pier. Small building with just 24 units and an oceanfront swimming pool, outdoor shower, and sun deck area. Located on the 7th floor.

We do not offer rentals longer than two weeks.

Fabulous weekend!!
This was my first time booking on VRBO for a weekend getaway with my sister and my small dog. I came across this condo and it was perfect, the pictures were beautiful, and it was exactly where I wanted to be on Cherry Grove Beach. The owner, Joanna, was very efficient with communication, and she responded quickly with any of my questions or concerns. All check-in details were provided exactly as promised, and the trip had absolutely no issues from start to finish. I can’t say enough about the breathtaking views! We came here for the beach and that’s exactly what we got! The balcony is perfection, and we spent every possible second taking in the view while enjoying a meal or just relaxing in the evening. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I definitely put this as a favorite on VRBO because we will be back!! Thank you so much, Joanna! You are the perfect host!!

We are a return guest and this is our favorite place to be! The host is incredible and the unit is amazing! You ll have the best ocean views, the place is immaculate, and you’ll have everything you need. The balcony has a spectacular view and includes two rocker chairs and a table and chairs to enjoy eating a meal or snack.We loved hearing the sound of the waves day and night from our room. You won’t need to bring much as the unit is fully supplied with appliances, dishes, beach chairs, umbrella, outdoor game equipment, indoor games. The condo unit is very quiet and intimate. Your stay promises to be a memorable experience!

Just perfect!
First time ever going through VRBO. The condo was super clean and spacious with a great balcony and window views of the ocean front. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.. from kitchen necessities to cooking spices, beach chairs, towels, a game closet and a lot more things that we needed for our trip. It even had quality bath towels and paper products. The property manager communicated very well from start to finish of our trip. I would definitely rent again from her and VRBO.

Another great Cherry Grove visit
This condo is top notch…Comfortable, like being home. It has everything you need. We have stayed before, but with our niece and her 5 year old son staying with us we made much more use of the beach closet. How nice to not have to bring beach towels and chairs, coolers, toys…and the wagon to haul it on is the icing on that cake! We love the area…Construction out front has taken awhile, but it hasn’t inconvenienced us at all, except for the occasional loud bang when a vehicle hits the road plate just right…Brings everyone out to investigate…met a few more people that way! JoAnna is the BEST communicator-very proactive and helpful!
