Room could have been much cleaner. Two live bugs in bathtub. Had to request toilet tissue and more linens. Front desk clerk on check-in and check-out were not very hospitable. Was supposed to be non-smoking, but smokers were encountered in the lobby and elevator. Very disappointed.

The staff was incredibly nice! The room was clean and worked great for what I needed. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the TV remote was sticky and really gross, and the room I stayed in was a "studio room"; however, there was nowhere to sit besides the bed. It would be nice to at least have a chair to sit in when I had brought dinner back and have a place to sit. And a place to work on my laptop besides sitting in bed. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay!

I checked in but wasn’t informed that the elevator was out of service. And the clerk wasn’t concerned and I given a room on the third floor. So I canceled the reservation, because she didn’t inform me after I paid my bill. I’m a disabled veteran , hiking those stairs would have been a problem. I’ve stayed here a couple times before, when my organization have events in the area. And we never had any issues. Always clean and a pleasant environment. Well, I want be returning there any more. Because the customer service was terrible.

The elevator was out and i know they cant really control that. The tv and the phone in the room did not work. The towels did not seem cleen as they had someones hair on them. Room did smell like it had been smoked in at one time. The place was quiet and clean for the most part. Staff was very nice during check in and check out.

Worst stay Everr! I have very poor knees and the elevator did not work. Hotel personnel did not offer any sort of help whatsoever nor where we told upon check-in the elevator was not working. We learned about this once we got to the elevator. The hotel did not offer any sort of discounts or gratuitous efforts for the inconvenience. The Employee attitudes were oh well the elevator will be fixed sometime next week. This is highly unacceptable and I will never stay in this hotel again!
