Welcome to our equisite Aksarben Midtown retreat! This home is a blend of comfort, style and privacy that will promise you an unforgettable stay. This home was just recently updated, sleeps 6 comfortably and has all new furniture. Perfectly situated near UNMC, UNO, and the vibrant neighborhoods of Blackstone and Historic Dundee.
-Fully equiped kitchen with gas range, Keurig and coffee, dishwasher and everything needed for all your culinary adventures. Attached one car garage. NOTE: A new driveway will be installed August 10th so parking will not be available on drive/in garage until August 20th. Parking still available in back drive.
-Sleeps 6 comfortably
-Weber Gas grill
-Family friendly home that includes kids highchair, pack n play, toys and dishware (pack n play only has the padding-no bedding)
-One car attached garage and parking for 4 more cars on the property

Hello, We enjoyed our stay.The house was nice and clean. Our concerns were the driveways are not truck friendly. The frontdrive is so narrow to walk thru . No street parking. The oven would not work. The floors cold use a lot of shims and the grill was dirty d. Thank you
