I'll let the picture speak for themselves as far as the cleanliness The staff was not helpful did not accommodate and I spent the night freezing because the heater didn't work and I couldn't get any better up to fix it and there is no other room to change to but the cleanliness was wow front desk is rude they overcharged me two deposits and then a pet deposit but I did have and then reimbursed me and it charged me another one after the day I checked out bad experience never again. The floor had puke all over I had to put a blanket over the couch just so I felt comfortable sitting. And with the monies they pulled from my account left me financially unabled to go anywhere else to stay for the night and I am still waiting for reimbursement of my deposits

The space in front of my room was used to fix cars. I requested for late check out (paid the fee) because I have meeting until noon but they knocked my door twice at 11am and 11:15am trying to kick me out. The room itself is dirty and dusty. Stained bedsheets and chairs. Also, NO HAND SOAP TO WASH HAND

Very respectful easy going people that work there atmospere is safe ...the staff has an overall welcoming chill way about them . i recommend them for travlers or people here for work...they have a great attitude . and the breakfast is amazing .

The staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. They really do make you feel like family. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Its my "go to" spot in the Reno/Sparks area. The price is right, also!

DON'T DO IT

This was the worst stay I've ever experienced. The room was filthy, the blanket was stained, dirty handprints on the walls, old food on the floor. I was scared to pull back the covers so i slept on top of the covers with a towel on my legs to try and staywarm. You have to go to the front desk to get a tv remote. The coffee pot still had grounds in it from the last people and there weren't even cups to drink it. The only good thing about it stay was the lady at the front desk. I have requested a refund. DO NOT STAY HERE

There was literally dog excrement in front of the door to the room and stains on the bedsheets that also appeared to be excrement. I left immediately upon entering the room and have requested a full refund.

We checked in and room was dirty floors sticky dirty non working fridge dirty microwave dirty mirror and under the beds was a lot of trash example plates papers broom liquor empty bottles no towels or pillows on the bed when we got into the room dirty sheets and to top it off the power was out one day Sunday all day so we could not have the complimentary breakfast and when I told the office they just said we will talk to housekeeping and did not care about the situation

Worst of the Worst

When we checked in, the employee took my debit card and drivers license and immediately started speaking in another language to someone via his AirPods. With the way he was holding my cards and talking, I fully believe that he was telling that person all my information. So, I had to cancel my card. The room was absolutely disgusting. There were mouse droppings on the floor, bloody boogers on the sheets and with no weatherstripping on the door, the heater kicked on and off all night making sleep very difficult. When I spoke to the employee about it in the morning, all she said was, “That’s not right!” I have contacted Wyndham and I’m very interested to see what the resolution department has to say. Had there been fraudulent charges on my card, I would have called the police but I locked my card before it could happen.

The staff was nice but the place is in terrible condition. A stack of old bathtubs outside my room, garbage on the ground, stains and smells in my room.
