Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We liked the location, large dining table, plentiful sofas, good heating system. We didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t get in until 5pm and no keys were available so had to ring emergency number for 2nd location. Top oven didn’t work and dishwasher not emptied when we arrived. Also didn’t like leaving at 9am. Also didn’t like stripping all beds and bagging towels and linen.
