Great Location and Customer Service
We had a fantastic stay at this downtown property! The home was spotless and well-furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a true home away from home. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The host was attentive and quick to respond to any questions, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free.I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained space with top-notch service. It is also a very short distance from Mayo so that was an added benefit. We would definitely stay here again!

Good, not great
The District Attorneys Office apartment in downtown Rochester is a unique property. The host communicated well, and gave clear instructions, unfortunately, a few of the amenities, like hot water in the tub, broken handles on two sinks, a non-working fireplace, lots of street noise from the bars across the street, and an 18 overnight charge for parking for our second vehicle were a disappointment. If only one of the items hadn't occurred, I might still given a better review.

Old Town Charm
Loved our stay and convenience to Mayo Clinic. Will definitely stay with you again if back in the area. Loved everything about the place especially the old town charm and the old architect of the buildings long ago. Some real craftsmanship went into restoring the building back to its yesteryears.

Beautiful property close to everything.
The apartment was clean and up to date, but still full of historical architecture. We never did get the fireplace remote to work, but think it just needs new batteries. Property management responses were surprisingly quick. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the skywalk starts in the hotel across the alley. The designated parking spot was a huge relief. The only downside was that you could hear everything outside. I would absolutely love to stay here again!
