The property has just been purchased in 2018 but has been rented for the last 5 years. At the end of 2018 has been renewed with a dishwasher a larger refrifgerator and more cupboards in the kitchen area. The property has its own private barbecue
It is ideal for extended families with children. It has 5 bedrooms with a single with a bunkbed and the capacity is for a maximum of 10 people. There are two bathrooms. There is airconditioning in all the bedrooms and also in the living area. This property has the largest living are of the properties in the complex.
The main feature of this property is its location close to all amenities in Cala d'or with beaches, supermarkets, shops and restaurants at walking distance. The property has its own private barbecue and also its own private terrace and garden areas. The swimming pools are shared.
