Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just outside the town limits of Chora, the capital of Skyros. Partly nestled in an olive grove Themis Homes, consisting of three houses, each with a plunge pool, independent and unique, but sharing the same sense of well-being welcomes its guests. The homes have been designed with special sensitivity to people and to the environment, using sustainable materials and practices and allowing wheelchair access throughout the outside area of the site. Available all year, the houses provide fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining/living areas with heating and energy efficient fireplaces for the winter as well as cooling and ceiling fans for the summer months. Just outside the town limits the property is a short drive to the main shopping area as well as the beach while being far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat for those necessary moments of tranquility.
