i booked the apartment in advance for a busy exhibition week in Stuttgart. a day before arrival i tried to contact the owners but got no response. when i arrived the apartment was occupied by somebody else. the property caretaker was not anywhere to be found. when i called the the owner by phone, a lady who could not speak English answered and said they have no reservation on my name and no space for me to stay. i dragged myself for 2 hours in pouring rain going to 7 hotels in the area but all were full because of the exhibition. do not ever do business with those guys.....
