Our guests who have stayed here have repeatedly said our VRBO is the nicest they have ever stayed in and that they will highly recommend us to all of their family and friends!!!

Your brand new 400 sq ft PENTHOUSE suite with 9ft ceilings at the front of the house directly over the garage is immaculate, centrally located, modern, and bright...in a highly desirable and safe community just outside of the downtown core near UVic. Your suite has its own separate entrance, is fully furnished with a new washer and dryer, brand new Sealy Posturepedic mattress with organic cotton sheets, and includes free parking in the driveway. It is very private, super quiet and south facing with beautiful views of the Olympic Mountains (located above the garage, up one flight of stairs) and includes cable, internet, full kitchen and kitchenware, and complimentary coffee and tea.

We are the Hawaii of North America and are located in a highly desirable, extremely central location in a 3 minute walking distance to all major amenities!

Your suite has its own ventilation and heat and air is not shared with the main house!

We are not on any main road and are in a quiet neighbourhood.

Your suite is located up one flight of brand new, composite stairs above our garage. Using the lockbox beside the door will allow you to self-check-in and check-out.

Your suite has high quality finishings such as quartz countertops, under cabinet lighting and Italian 12 x 24' porcelain tile in the bathroom and even a high end Grohe kitchen faucet!!!

Your kitchen is fully supplied with all new kitchenware and has a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc.

Your bedroom has a full size closet and brand new queen-sized plush mattress (Sealy Posturepedic Pillow-top--medium firmness) with organic, cotton sheets.

There are lots of oversized windows and all windows have window screens and blinds. Your living and bedroom floors are beautiful and bright, wide-plank, white and grey laminate. Your living room furniture is Bauhaus and the adjustable height island chairs in the kitchen are 100% genuine leather.

We value respect and cleanliness and will ensure your suite is extremely clean for you! Due to Covid, we are taking additional steps to insure your health well-being by disinfecting all high contact surfaces! We are committed to enhanced cleaning protocols as a result of Covid, as your health is very important to us!

There is a lockbox with a key to the suite at the top of the stairs mounted on the right hand side of the door. We will provide you with the code which changes after every guest(s)’s visit on the day of your arrival. This will allow you to self-check-in and out.

The property is walking distance to countless different amenities that truly separate us from other locations. We are a 45 second to one-and-a- half minute walk to multiple major bus routes including the 4, 8, 14, 22, 27, 28, a 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s University School and liquor store, 3 minute drive or bus to the University of Victoria, 3 minute walk to Camosun College, 2 minute drive to the Royal Jubilee Hospital, 4 minute walk to Hillside Mall (Walmart, Thrifty Foods, Starbucks, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Tim Horton’s, Canadian Tire, many fast-food restaurants, shopping stores, pubs, restaurants, banks, medical clinics and many other amenities), walking distance to Mt. Tolmie, Oak Bay, and Fairfield, and only 5-7 minutes from the downtown core to enjoy the beautiful inner harbor, Parliament Buildings, iconic Empress Hotel, and fine dining/sightseeing options. There are several parks, golf courses, recreation facilities, hiking trails, and beaches close by with countless indoor and outdoor recreational activities available such as kayaking, swimming, hiking, paddle boarding, sailing, ziplining, squash, fishing, tennis, art galleries, museums, and movie theatres near-by. Numerous tourist brochures including bus schedules and other handy tourist information is available in your suite for your perusal to help assist you with scheduling and planning of your outings and activities. A 40 second walk down our street gets you on the bus to downtown or UVic.

Fantastic place and location
A very clean and cute property! The location is perfect, a quick 10 min drive to downtown Victoria. Its about a 30min drive to the airport and quick drive to the highway. Easy communication between the renters and any needs we had. Washer and dryer in suite was nice (no laundry when we got home). I would highly recommend this location and would definitely look into staying here again when we return!

All we needed and more
We could not have been more pleased with our stay at this site. We had been camping for many days and the ready access to a clean, well equipped apartment was most appreciated - including the washer and dryer! We had a small camper in tow and the hosts went out of their way to figure out how to best accommodate it in the driveway. Communication/responses to questions was almost immediate. It is on the outskirts of the city and so necessitated driving downtown when we wanted to be at the harbor/old town, but that never proved problematic. The quiet and safety of a residential neighborhood was welcome.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to bus stop (bus service is excellent in Victoria) and we hardly had to use our rental car. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very friendly and immediately responded to our emails throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place.
