Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and the other with single bunks plus single bed, it is the perfect size to accommodate a family.

The main living area is equipped with a reverse cycle heating / cooling system and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooking appliances and all you need to prep/serve meals for the whole family there is plenty of seating to accommodate everyone and everything needed to make your stay comfortable. There is also a coffee machine for those who love their coffee. Free wi-fi.

Step out onto the big, beautiful decking area with rural views, enjoy a beverage whilst watching the kids play safely in the fully fenced backyard.

Beautiful scenery

We loved the house and the gorgeous views. House is fairly new with modern bathrooms and kitchen. I loved the stove, and kitchen had most utensils to make proper meals. Although the washing machine is great, the laundry lacks a drier. Maybe some appliances need updating too, such as the TV, as it is probably about 15 years old, and does not have the streaming apps on it. The digital tv reception was appalling. Also, maybe before guessts are coming, have someone clean the spider webs in the corners of the walls and ceilings, as there were quite a few daddy long legs spiders in and around the house. It may add to the first impression to the guests... Overall we enjoyed the stay. Thank you for lettings us stay in this house.

Clean and quiet

Very clean and well presented modern property. Party of 5 but property can sleep 7. Some of the outside and indoor lights weren't working, there were insufficient glasses and there is no streaming service ( the device required an update which needed a log in). Very quiet residential neighbourhood ( suited us) and very calming view/outlook from the verandah over the fields. 5min from Cowes, koala conservation, and Amazeing games. Plenty of cleaning products and the space was very good for a small family holiday. Bring your own games.

Good Accommodation let down by cleaniness

Good Accommodation, good location backing onto farmland. Comfortable inside and lots of space. However, the house hadn't been cleaned properly. We had to clean the house, before we made ourselves comfortable. Issues were: spider-webs and spiders in the bathtub. Toilet not cleaned. Bench tops and entertainment unit full fo dust. Coffee Machine broken. Also the carpet in the lounge room is a safety hazard and the double bed mattress was absolutely terrible.

Slightly disappointing

Lovely house and great view from the back deck but cleanliness was not at all up to standard. The toilets had not been cleaned at all. Also the heating was insufficient as the bedrooms were very cold.
