You will visit the massive Castel Sant’Angelo built in the first century A.D. it was Emperor Hadrian Mausoleum. Used by Popes as a fortress and as a prison, it is now a Museum. The view from The Angel terrace is the best you can have overlooking St. Peter and the River Tiber. The bridge of the angels will amaze you.

Know as “The Tempietto” it is more a sculpture than a building. You will pass by “The Fontanone” a famous monumental fountain. The splendid Egyptian obelisk surmounting the Lions' fountain, is even more imposing from above.
