Your driver guide will come to pick you at your Nairobi Hotel or Airport around 7AM to 8AM and depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, passing through scenic highland landscapes and rural farming communities. Check in at your Nakuru hotel in time for lunch, later enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park. The park is a designated rhino sanctuary and one of the best places in Kenya to spot both black and white rhinos. The park’s dramatic escarpments, acacia woodlands, and shimmering alkaline lake create a picturesque setting that contrasts beautifully with the savannah landscapes previously visited. Dinner and overnight at your selected lodge near Lake Nakuru.

After an early breakfast you depart towards Narok town and the Great Maasai mara game reserve with packed lunches. Enjoy an afternoon game drive. Wherever you go in the Mara you will see a frequent amount of wildlife such as Maasai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, bat eared foxes, grey jackals, spotted hyena, topis, impala, hartebeests, wildebeest, elephants, buffaloes, zebras and hippos. It is also common to see lions either basking after a heavy meal, or surveying the plains for their next meal as well as cheetahs and leopards which are harder to spot.
