What you can expect

Led by our Aboriginal tour guide, explore the heart of Adelaide (Tarntanya) on this 60-minute walking tour, learning about the wonderful and tragic colonial history of our state's capital.

This experience will begin with a traditional smoking or ochre ceremony, cleansing your spirits and connecting you to Kaurna Land before we begin our walk.

We will then visit multiple prominent structures of power within the CBD, discussing South Australia's history from a First Nations perspective. Stops including Parliament House, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander War Memorial and the River Torrens, amongst others, will be visited as we learn about the significance of these locations to Kaurna culture.

Walk together in the spirit of harmony and reconciliation as we discover the history of Adelaide through a cultural lens!
