  • If the minimum group for carrying out the activity would not be reached, an alternative date or full refund would be offered.

  • If the minimum number of participants is not met by 16:00 on the day before the tour, the tour will be cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to all guests.
  • Please note that children under 1.40 m in height and over 22 kg in weight must use a non-electric bike. The route is urban and approximately 9 km long.
