What you can expect

If you like forests, silence, and nature in its purest form, far from mass tourism, this is the trail for you. We offer you an unforgettable day during which you can immerse yourself in the breathtaking Cantabrian beech forests, located at the foot of the majestic Peña Santa.

This is a VERY EASY route, suitable for all ages, with no technical difficulties. Pure enjoyment.

Could it be even better? YES! By sampling the local cuisine at the Vegabaño mountain shelter, located at an altitude of 4,698 feet (1,432 metres). Nuria will prepare a hearty menu of home-cooked food for us, which will help us regain our strength for the descent.
