We will make fresh egg pasta dough from scratch, learn how to use pasta making machine and cut tagliatelle.

Our experienced tutor will demonstrate the classical way of making pasta in Italy, explain how the pasta machine works and teach you a few secret tips how to make the best homemade pasta ever.

You will learn a lot about food and cooking and also how to save time and money in order to cook a tasty meal.
