Once you contact the activity provider, receive a menu so you can choose your favourite Sri Lankan dishes. Select one main option such as traditional rice (kahabath or kiribath) or fried rice.
Along with that, choose 4 authentic curries from a variety including pineapple curry, brinjal moju, dhal curry, pumpkin curry, beetroot curry, coconut sambol, potato curry, kankun leaves, young jackfruit (polos) curry, papadam, and banana blossom curry.
Select one item from kottu, pol rotti, or paratha to complete your meal. For dessert, enjoy either pancakes or chocolate roti.
