One night in the Teufelsschlucht Dinosaur Park – exclusively alone, as a couple, with family or friends! In a place where an overnight stay is not actually intended – unusual and adventurous, in the middle of nature!
Where will you sleep?
For an unforgettable night of adventure, two mini cabins from Werkhaus destinature are available on the grounds of the dinosaur park. The double winners of the German Tourism Award and the 2021 Audience Award focus on consistent sustainability and have created unique accommodation with a great sense for detail.
Each mini cabin is a bed in nature with its own covered terrace, which also provides storage space. It has a sleeping area of 160 x 200 cm. We recommend a maximum occupancy of three people per cabin – if there are more people or for more comfort, simply book the second cabin as well!
Since the huts are heated and equipped with electric lighting, an overnight stay is also possible in the cooler seasons; warm blankets and bedding are provided. There is a drawer for luggage under the hut. Toilets with washing facilities are located close to the huts. There is no shower – certainly bearable for one night among the dinosaurs.
What else do you need to know?
We rent one or both cabins in the Dinopark to only one party without exception – whether individuals, a family, or friends. On the day of arrival, entry to the park is free for everyone.
The mini cabin(s) can be occupied from 2 pm, and access to the park is from 10 am. The beds are made in the cabin and there is a surprise box with snacks and drinks. Departure is by 10 AM the following day.
Please note: The park is unlit at night – think of torches for your nocturnal strolls through the prehistoric world.
As our overnight guests, you can park for free in our staff car park in the immediate vicinity of the park entrance: Drive along Ferschweilerstraße through Ernzen and turn right before the town exit. Once you have entered your number plate number, the barrier will open automatically.
