  • Begin your day (5.5 hours on the island) with a warm welcome at the ferry on arrival (Doolin or Rosaveel sailing). Enjoy a guided walk or vehicle transfer to an Loch Mór.

Take part in a hands-on currach building demonstration, then relax on a tour of the lake or a rowing session on a fully licensed (P1) currach.

After lunch, take part in a traditional stone wall experience. Leave your handprint on the ancient, intertwined stone walls of Inis Oírr. Learn about the different techniques, styles, and secrets of building traditional Aran stone walls.

Next, enjoy a potato ridge-making demonstration. Collect seaweed from the shore to use as natural fertiliser and then build a potato ridge by spade, demonstrating the traditional Aran method that has sustained island life for generations.

Choose to add on a bike hire, horse and carriage tour, or island bus tour

The experience concludes with a guided return to the ferry departure point.
