  • Begin your tour with a meet and greet at Nunoya Ryokan in Matsumoto, or get picked up from another location in central Matsumoto. Make your way to Azumino and start with a proper greeting at the beautiful Hotaka Shrine.

    Then, rent a bicycle and visit Japan's largest wasabi farm. Learn about how fresh wasabi is produced and try some wasabi soft-serve ice cream.
