You will learn about our monuments and history, while savouring our magnificent traditional gastronomy. You will start by having our typical sweets for breakfast. In the countryside you will have the chance to get involved in the harvesting of seasonal crops and you will eat our characteristic “Country Lunch” of the former day labourers in a candle, after picking the olives or asparagus depending on the season. You will know how these products are processed and handled, which you yourself will have had the opportunity to collect. Next, in our mill, you will taste our Extra Virgin Olive Oil together with our magnificent muffin. Also, you will enjoy an idyllic environment where you will learn part of our history in the Convent of Caños Santos, from the 16th century, and you will taste our best cured meats, cheese and several of the best wines from our Sierra de Cádiz. We will finish in one of our most unique restaurants to savour the most traditional stews of our town, Alcalá del Valle in Cádiz.
