What you can expect

Discover or rediscover one of the most prestigious castles in Europe with a fun tour to learn all about the history of this unique heritage site, whether you're 7 or 97! I will tell you the storey of Francis I and his crazy project to build a castle that would become the “Jewel of the French Renaissance”.

Please note: this tour is interactive, and you'll need to participate by answering my questions or even by pretending to be courtiers of France on the famous double helix staircase.

I will meet you in front of the castle entrance for a 90-minute guided visit, which will end on the terraces of Chambord Castle.

A few tips for your visit: Dress warmly as there are drafts, and be prepared to climb the stairs as there is no lift.
