  • You must be free of chronic heart problems to be able to zip
  • You must be able to hike a 1/2 mile at elevation and over uneven surfaces
  • Don't zip if you've had recent surgery; especially on ankles, knees, or back
  • Sorry, it's not safe to zipline while you're pregnant.
